My "hobby" of photography. I "work" part time as a photographer for Nelson Photography. As a photographer I specialize in weddings and school events. I've also done some commercial work for a building company and a school (other than Hutchinson) and I've done some portfolio photography for models. Each year I photograph groups for the Cancer Walk and the Dark Socks Classic Golf Tournament a golf tournament to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Things I think people should consider in choosing a wedding photographer.

"So where are the wedding pictures?" Since I work for a studio I do not own the copyright to the pictures I take of weddings - so I don't post them. I take copyrights seriously. You can see some of my wedding photography at Nelson Photography just click on the link & you'll be on your way.
My favorite non-human subjects are pheasants. These were all taken with a 400 mm f5.6 lens (about the same as 8x50 mm binoculars). Usually when you find them in the open they look like this

Sometimes it helps to get plain lucky. This photo of a bald eagle and others happened because the eagle was sitting on the road as I drove by. He (or she, I don't know) flew up into a tree next to the road and stayed while I took some photos.
